Making All Voices Count is a global initiative that supports innovation, scaling, and research to deepen existing innovations and help harness new technologies to enable citizen engagement and government responsiveness. The programme is managed by a consortium consisting of Hivos (lead agency and in charge of collaborative component), Ushahidi (technology lead and in charge of the Competitive approach) and Institute of Development Studies (in charge of the Research, Evidence and Learning component). It is currently funded by four donors: DfID, Sida, USAID, and Omidyar Network.
